In our chapter, we have 10 operating committees within our program of activities.  Each committee has one of our chapter officers overseeing it, with one student serving as the chair. The goal of each committee, is to fulfill the description to match goals and activities for members, the chapter, and the community. Committees also give each member a chance to discover and contribute to their chapter on a larger scale. Involvement in committees allows members to invest in creating a successful chapter. To create this success, committee members are to plan an activity(ies), develop and designate tasks within their committee, see the activity through, and then reflect the success of the activity and or project.

As we look forward to the future of our chapter, we look forward to continuing to strengthen our leaders, build our chapters community, and strengthen agriculture. in northwest Iowa.
